    Changing your company name to the common use word Kit is going to be a huge mistake. Huge. When someone googles, kit, they're going to get results for everything except your business. I see small and new companies make this mistake all the time. It's very weird that a 40 million corporation would, especially one that specializes in connecting with customers.

    Reminds me of shakespeare famous line "What's in a name?" Really, this rebranding sounds like a personal tick? You are still helping creators earn money, essentially "converting" their online presence to money. As long as you focus on the tool and how helpful it is and not so much on how it sounds to you, you should be fine!

      For sure. We're definitely focused on the actual platform creators are using everyday to run their business. And it's more than a name change. For a while, we’ve felt that our current name no longer reflects the scale of our mission and vision. ConvertKit sounds too technical and niche, and it doesn’t fully capture everything that creators do with our platform. We wanted a name for our company that was: → Tied to our mission → One word → Easy to hear and spell over the phone → Not too technical Kit checks all those boxes, and gives us a great starting point for building a new brand identity while staying connected to our 11+ years of experience serving creators as ConvertKit. Hope that provides a little more context on why we decided to go with Kit!

    CovertKit doesn't need a new name; it needs a new support team. That's the real issue. This supposed new strategy is absolutely unnecessary because, at the end of the day, customers don't care about the name. What they care about is the quality of service they receive. Currently, the support team at CovertKit is failing to meet customer expectations. Instead of investing resources in rebranding, the company should focus on training and expanding its support team. Competitors are offering much better options, and satisfied customers are key to long-term success and positive word-of-mouth.

    Cold emails are a vital part of drawing in those big clients. I cannot recommend Mystrika enough after my few months of use. The AI writing and personalization tools have made my outreach feel more authentic. The comprehensive analytics give me insights that I never had before. You owe it to yourself to check this out and see what it can do for your success.

    Cold emailing can seem intimidating, but it is a powerful strategy to gain new clients. I switched to DoYouMail two months ago, and I have not looked back. The unlimited sending from various domains is fantastic and lets me scale effortlessly. Plus, their automatic DNS configuration took away a lot of the setup headache. It is affordable too, especially for what you get. I am telling you, if you are serious about cold emailing, you need to try this.

    You need to be focusing on your POSITIONING before your branding. If you don't get your positioning right to begin with, your branding will NEVER be on point. Plus, getting your positioning down makes your branding easy. It looks/sounds like you may be thinking and wanting positioning, but calling it branding. They are not the same thing.

    This is cool - I just hope it doesn't slow down the actual platform's improvement. There are many missing features that newer platforms like Beehiv already have. - Advanced subscriber source analytics (UTM tracking, etc. - seems this might be in "closed beta"? Either way, it's not helpful at the moment. ) - Continuous list cleaning ability based on engagement (you have to run it manually every time right now - support couldn't give a better solution) - There are missing Visual Automation Conditions, like those based on Click and not Opens (opens haven't been accurate for a while now because of iOS, etc.). - Better integration with SparkLoop. You guys bought the company, but to make it work, both support chats send you on a back-and-forth blame game to figure out issues - The visual email builder is not very robust, and you have to add code to make basic changes (like max width, etc.). I want to love ConvertKit, but I'm getting closer and closer to switching. I hope it gets better soon.

    I've never used your products but I wish your users will find more value from using them after this rebranding.
